BOOKING TERMS

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after both parties agree on the project details and any required booking deposit has been received.

2. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated before the project begins. Any remaining balance should be settled according to the agreed payment schedule before final delivery unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients should notify Kalawi Media as early as possible if an event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances and the amount of preparation already completed.

4. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. An estimated delivery timeline will be provided during booking.

5. Copyright

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kalawi Media retains copyright to all photographs and videos. Clients receive a license for personal or agreed commercial use as outlined in their project agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, obtaining any necessary venue permissions and ensuring that schedules are communicated in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to deliver the highest quality service, Kalawi Media shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure despite backup measures or other unforeseen events.
